Col. James Allen Regenor (ret.)

During his 31-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Regenor commanded operational units and logged over 4,200 flight hours in aircraft such as the C-17 and KC-135. He held senior leadership roles on the Joint Staff, Air Staff, and at U.S. Strategic Command, and served as Deputy Executive Secretary at the National Security Council during the administrations of both President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. These roles shaped his strategic approach to complex challenges and built his expertise in defense policy, operations, and planning.
After retiring from active duty, Regenor transitioned to industry as Director of Transformative Technologies at Moog Inc., where he pioneered the integration of blockchain, AI, and additive manufacturing into supply chain operations. He helped lead the creation of VeriPart, a disruptive logistics platform that enabled point-of-use manufacturing.
At VeriTX, Regenor has continued this mission by building a trusted platform for data assurance using post-quantum cryptography and blockchain. Under his leadership, the company supports secure digital transformation in the aerospace, defense, and healthcare sectors. Recognized for his ability to translate strategic vision into technical execution, Regenor is a respected leader and technologist at the forefront of innovation, national security, and digital trust.
